Premier rush Timeline out of sync

The timeline is out of sync again. 

2.30 turns into 3.00 sec and 2 clips of 1.15 turns into something like 3.09 on the timeline. 
Terrible because I want my clips to be 1.15 and the total of the sequence to be within 1 min. 

 

The problem occured before on an Iphone. Then it was solved and since the newest version the problem is back again.

    Hi @Ron Greve,

    Sounds strange. What kind of computer or device is this? iPhone? Did you switch off "spatial audio" in camera settings yet? If not, please try that. I hope you find success. Let us know.

    I use an IPhone and a MacBook Pro and on both devices the same problem occurs.

     

    the footage is recorded with my IPhone 13 Pro. 

    your suggestion doesn't work, because there's no such thing as Spatial Audio. At least I can not find it.
