Premier Rush version 15.54 hangs on loading. Will not load. (win 10)

The version hanging at loading importerQuickTimePrm. I have loaded previous version. updated and rebooted. same problem everytime. Stopped working 2 days ago.

Sorry for the trouble. We have seen similar reports from other users as well. Can you try creating a new user account on your machine and launch Rush?
