Premier Rush will not load. stuck at importerQicktime.prm

I just paid for and down loaded Preimer Rush. I have not been able run the program once. the very first time i launched it got stuck at importerQicktime.prm and everytime since then... same result. I have read the forums and am super disappointed to here there is not fix after months/years. Please help or i will cancel my subscription in the next few days.

No i will no create a new user acount just to use priemer rush. that is a joke of a work around.

I have Windows 10.

Please help me with this problem!!
