Premiere mobile stuck in standard mode

With an active Creative Cloud plan, installed the new Premiere for mobile apps on ipad and iphone both on most recent IOS. Despite being signed in on both apps I can’t access premium features.
Have spoken to support and have an open case yet troubleshooting hasn’t as yet fixed the issue.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

    So far I’ve received two different answers over a number of hours from Adobe Support.
    First I was told Premiere for mobile was included in my Creative Cloud plan.
    Then when I had to phone back because the case wasn’t followed up I was told it wasn’t and I would have to pay an additional subscription. I was then told I’d receive a call in about 2hrs. I didn’t. Instead I received an email telling me the same as the second operator.
    Except, in the hours waiting for the callback which never came, I checked my Creative Cloud app on my laptop. According to that, it is included.
    It would be outrageous to think that Adobe was now charging addtional subscription fees on top of Creative Cloud! Rush was free. I have access to all the other mobile apps on my plan.
    What a shambles.
