Premiere pro app crashes, freeze, slow and erases project

I Can not count the times the app on Booth iPad and iPhone chrashes... it happens all the time. 

+ project freezes, will not play properly, and just now it randomly deleted all the work in a project. 

It is so frustrating. I do not understand, that you above all will set your name on this.

    Hi

    the app is fully updated, and was also at the time for the big crash. Problems with crashes, freezing, and movies that plays poorly when editing a project has been a problem for as long as I have had the app.
