Premiere Pro/Rush will not open suddenly on Laptop_Desktop v2.10

Hello Premiere Rush Family. I've been able to open and work with Premiere Rush for the past year (1-3 projects a mo.) and all of the sudden I can't get it to open at all. Either from laptop desktop shortcut nor Creative Cloud Desktop.

Last use was 2 1/2 weeks ago and I completed a project. Version 2.10 installed. Is anyone else having the same issue with this new version?

Also, Premiere Pro is not opening!

Shall I uninstall/re-install Rush/Pro and will I loose my projects already established?

*All my Adobe apps are up to date and work.

** I did notice on my Creative Cloud Desktop and in my "Installed apps" box, out of all my apps, Premiere Rush and Camera Raw are not showing the version!!!! (see attached image)
