Premiere projects and uploading

Hi 

I'm having trouble finding all my project created on my account? I have a new phone, and none of the project from previous device are accessible? 
also when I upload videos it won't recognise the file? There's always an error.

Hi @carlene_7276,

Thanks for the message. Rush no longer syncs with Creative Cloud, so projects remain with the device they were created on. Finish your projects on the older phone and start new projects on the new. phone.

 

I believe you are talking about importing footage, not "uploading it." If you are having trouble importing footage, you might have the "spatial audio" setting enabled. Disable that in camera settings and all future clips should work fine.
