Premiere Rush 1.5.54 Can't import mp4 files

I've encountered a problem with some mp4 files, when I try to import them I get a message saying: could not import media(s).

Here are the details of the mp4 files:

H.264 codec (avc1)

1920*1080

50 fps

20281kbps bitrate
