Premiere Rush 1.5.62 on Windows 10 won't launch

In Creative Cloud Desk, I press open on the application and it will not do anything. The open fuction will work on other applications. When I try  to open it by using search bar it gives me this error. Thanks for the help!

      I got support to help fix. The soultion was repairing the visual c++ rebisturbatble
