Premiere Rush 2.1 keeps crashing

Any ideas why Rush would keep crashing, when there's only one five-minute video in its workspace (in other words, can't be a memory issue).

I keep having to Forec-Quit.

When I reload the project, it takes a couple of minutes for my clips to populate.

I don't have it set to automatically sync to Creative cloud.

I'm using a MacBook Air.

Hi Kevin,

I think I'm meeting requirements. I'm using Sonoma v. 14.4.1, M1. I've used this computer for a few years successfully with Rush.

The footage I'm using is MP4.

I am in an updated Windows PC.
This is the worst. And I cannot access an earlier version in the cloud. It just wiped my 20 hour long project.
