Hi @Klaudia33316437bwug,

Sorry about that. Were the videos shot on the phone? If not, where did they come from? Have these files ever worked? Let us know.

Thanks,
Kevin

I shot the videos with my phone. It worked fine since 2019...

Premiere Rush also isn't working at my desktop anymore. If I want to render my videos at the desktop multiple codes appear (for example Code 9, Code -31). I have windows 10 and edited a video without problems two weeks ago. So I'm not able to work with Premiere Rush wether on my mobile nor on my desktop.

Thanks,

Klaudia

Hi,

You might try pressing Alt at launch and resetting preferences, Then, check Edit > Preferences and delete the cache under "Manage Cache." You can also enable or disable hardware accelerated encoding or decoding. Quit Rush. Restart the computer. Are things working better now? Let me know.

Thanks,
Kevin

I cleared the cache yesterday. screenshot attached)

There is currently 17.3 GB of 120 GB occupied in the cloud. (screenshot attached)
