Premiere Rush App Crashes iPhone 7

I have a video I want to edit on my Adobe Premiere Rush App on iPhone 7. Running iOS 14.

when I open the video the clips load, but as soon as I try to edit something the app crashes. I have deleted all other videos from the app to see if that helps. I have 65 GB of storage left on my device.

  • Does it happen while editing a particular project?
  • What type of files you're working on?

Can you try the following:

1. Hard reset your iPhone
• Press and release the Volume Up button quickly.
• Press and release the Volume Down button quickly.
• Press and hold the Side button for a few seconds until you see the Apple logo.

Let us know if that works.
