why cant premiere rush render my videos to publish anymore? Then it leaves me a note saying that the app is not responding. this has been going on since yesterday and is delaying my work.

This sounds like a really bad experience. Sorry Rush hasn't been working well for you. Can you provide more info about your computer/device? What version of Rush? What type of media do you have in your project? 
 
What point is the export failing? Is there any error, or does Rush crash? 
 
I look forward to hearing back.
