Premiere Rush - Crash problems while editing

Hello. I own an MSI Katana.I7, 16 gb ram, nvidia rtx4060 8gb.
I use Adobe rush for video editing and it happens very often to me that the image jerks and then the laptop crashes. I always have to close it or reset it to resume my activity, after which I suffer the same again.
What could be the problem. The laptop is almost new, I bought it again a month ago.
