Premiere Rush Crashing

So ive been trying all of yesterday, i uninstaled then reinstaled, restarted and tried all i know how to and nothing, the app launches fine then white screens me and doesnt respond if i could some help id be much appreciated, Thx

Looking to see if there are any updates for your operating system on your computer. 

When there is a Windows update, Rush and Premiere Pro seem to act strangely on my computers.  Once I do the updates they usually work.
