Premiere Rush Crashing

Hi All, asking a question for a friend who is working on videos for her company using Premiere Rush.

 

After about 5 minutes of Editing, her display will go black for a second, before returning, and the preview window stays white. You are unable to do anything else in Premiere Rush, apart from Restarting the computer.

 

I have attached a Crash Report Dump, if anyone has ANY idea as to what this could be it would be a huge help.

Sorry for the crash. We can get this checked. 

  • What are your system specs (OS, CPU, RAM, GPU)?
  • Are there any error codes or messages when it crashes?
  • What's the source of the media files?
