Premiere Rush crashing on iphone

Rush crashes from time to time. It gets unstable sometimes and it has to be deleted and redownloaded.

 

Earlier today it crashed while editing. 

then it kept crashing when I tried to reopen it. 

I then deleted it and reinstalled.

 

It is still crashing.

 

Is there something going on with the app and compatibility with iPhone issues? 

Any solutions?

    Hi @sircm46375663,

    Thanks for the report. I read that you head unexpected behavior with the iPhone workflow.

     

    Are you shooting HEVC 10-bit 4:2:2, footage in "cinematic" mode, or HDR mode? If so, Rush may not be able to handle these formats. Rush works best if you shoot plain, vanilla H.264 footage that is 8-bit 4:2:0 and no larger than 4K. 

     

    Otherwise, make sure Rush and iOS are updated to the latest versions. I hope the advice helps. Sorry for the frustration.
