Premiere Rush doesn't recognize video only audio.

Premiere rush won't recognize some of my videos, only the audio of it, how can be that solved?

 

I took all videos from this folder with a GoPro Hero 6.

    Sorry about that. What is the codec/ format of the files? Which device are you using for Rush? 

    Does it only happen with particular files?

      Hello, it's MP4. I'm using the app on my HP laptop, 16GB RAM, 500GB SSD i5 processor. It happens with partivular files, if I copy the file to another folder, it recognizes it. It depens.

      Also when I started to use the app, it crashes like every 2-5 minutes. The added audio is distorted. Sometimes I even need to restart my laptop.

        Hi @Bealopos,

        For any problematic files, it might be necessary to transcode them. I use freeware Shutter Encoder. You can use H.264, but for best results (though large file sizes) try ProRes LT. That works great. Report back after trying the transcoding process.
