Premiere Rush export to local not working

I've just downloaded Premiere Rush (free version) to a Windows PC and created a 16-second video. When I click 'share', there is no option to export to local. I've watched the tutorials that instruct to click 'share' and click 'local'. What am I missing? Thank you.

Once you're in the Share mode and toggle on Local, use the Settings on the right to give your video a File Name, set the destination on your local hard drive (it's better to not set it to a networked drive, removable media, or file sharing service). Then you can set any Advanced Settings. When you have all the settings set how you want click the blue Export button in the lower right of the screen.

there is no "Local" option in rush.  only the social options.
