Premiere Rush freeze on export - project lost data on Windows PC with Ryzen x3900

Are they expecting us to pay for that Premier Rush? I have been working on my video editing then went to export. It froze and lost everything when I reopened. working off Windows 10, Ryzen x3900 with 32ram and 2tb of ssd.
