Premiere Rush Freezes more often than Alaska

Hello there after I installed widows 11 the program  freezes so many times that is nearly imposible to work on. Specifically the video freezes and ou hear only the audio or during the render it freezes. i have a good laptop with a processor 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1165G7 @ 2.80GHz 1.69 GHz and 16GB Ram so i meet the requirements. I was thinking on buying the programm but i cannot buy something that doesnt work right.  Is there any plan to fix this issue? is it only me or is there a general problem with windows 11?
