premiere rush freezing on Loading ImporterQuickTime.prm 2022

its freezes when laoding up the app on loading impoerterqixktime.prm.

not sure what to so any suggestions?

See if you have mapped network drives, especially ones that are not (or no longer) reachable

Remove them. (terminal --> net use X: /delete (X: is the drive letter of the mapped network drive)

Hi Brennen – Have you tried holding down CTRL+ALT+SHIFT (PC) or Command+OPT+SHIFT (Mac) while launching the app? Keep holding the keys down until a window appears asking if you want to reset the app. Say yes!

It did reset but gets stuck on the same thing again
