Premiere Rush Graphics bug

Dear Adobe Team,

 

I edited a video using Adobe Rush on my iPhone and added background music without any issues. However, when I try to add titles or overlays via the “Graphics” button, nothing happens after I tap “Add”—the selected title simply doesn’t appear in the timeline.

 

I’ve already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but the problem persists.

Hi Joey,

Sorry for the trouble. There was an issue with the Premiere Rush graphics/template service around the time you posted this, which should now be resolved.

If you're still using Rush, please try adding the title or graphic again. Reinstalling the app should not be necessary.

Keep in mind that Premiere Rush is now at end of life and is no longer receiving updates. For future mobile projects, I'd recommend transitioning to Premiere Mobile.
