Rush in iphone kept saying "unable to open project" everytime I tried to. I spent a few hours on it and I redo the video twice. please help me to fix this. I paid for the app and yet it made me spent hours redoing it and still UNABLE TO OPEN.

Extra monitor was the problem. I spent hours fixing it and trying to relearn adobe because I doubted if I have missed out learning something since I was self-taught. After I see some ideas in the community saying its the extra monitor, I switched the adobe premiere pro back to the original screen and it works. It's definitely the extra monitor problem, but now the problem is I have been so used to the big monitor, to edit in the original smaller laptop screen is a chore. I hope they fix this problem because it's making editing even harder.

Sorry to hear about that, @ContentLearner. Can you check out this thread for a possible solution? https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-rush-discussions/rush-unable-to-open-project/m-p/11769359#M8410.

Let me know if this helps or not.

Thanks,
Kevin

Hi @ContentLearner,

Are you on Mac or Windows? Did you update Windows recently? A bug recently showed up with the latest OS. Or did you solve this before last week?

Cheers,
Kevin
