Premiere Rush is always crashing

Hi, I have been unable to functionally use Premiere Rush for a while now, as the program keeps crashing. No matter what it is I do, (move parts around, edit text, use the preview player, etc,) without fail it comes up with the "Adobe Premiere Rush is not responding" message. Also, it's not as though I have 70 videos just stored stationarily, I have one video, (try to) edit it, and then export and delete from Premiere. 

 

Can I please get some assistance as to how I should proceed? Thanks...

Im having the same exact problem. Adobe Rush sucks. It seems like Adobe has decided to abandon this app and stop improving its features or functionality. It's sad because I pay loads to a subscription and there seems to be better video editing apps to subscribe to but I'm already paying to Adobe... I've edited,cut down parts, updated my OS, turned on and off WIFI and tried to export my file just to get it off the app and it'll load till about 95% finished export and -black out-. I've tried over and over again tweaking little things to warrant the same result. Adobe Rush sucks
