Premiere Rush is not oppening on my Laptop

Can somebody tell me what is happening to my Premiere Rush? It has been 2 days now since the last time it worked. I alreday unnistalled the app 4 times, I tried to use the previous update but still not working.

    Same problem for me on 2 different PCs.

    Rush used to work and do not work anymore. Same hang problem. Same screen.

    What processor do you have with how much RAM? How much free space is left on your hard drive?

     

    And what is your monitor's resolution?

    I have the same problem and tried to reinstall but with the same result.

    I have over 40GB free space on my hard drive. The problem started after I installed Premier Pro.
