Premiere Rush. Is there a Samsung Tablet available now that will download it?

Looks like the Samsung S7 FE should support Rush since it has Android version 11. Think I will get it since I need something that is compatible with Premiere elements that I have on my PC and love working with. I notice however that no Samsung Tab is on the recommended list  from Adobe of suitable android devices that will download Rush, so I'm a bit hesitant about getting the S7 without confirmation I use a  S3 all the time so would want to stick with S if poss.
