Premiere Rush music rights ,raise flag on Youtube

I used music from the choice in Premiere Rush and once up loaded on youtube i received a réclamation from BIGBAND Entertainment , if i monetize my video i wont get anything, my question is do we have the rights to use these songs? And are we licensed to use them since we pay yearly subscription for the app?

Thanks for the message. Did you send the Rush file through Premiere Pro by any chance? That could be the reason. Let us know. Sorry for the frustration.

I took the file in the music suggestion on the app, and it only a section of the song too.

Yes, @Sylvain1919, you are supposed to have the right to use all music in the app. I understand (from other users) that problems exist with using some of these tracks. I'm still trying to find out why. Sorry for the delay in finding a workable solution. In the meantime, you may want to try an alternate track. I apologize for the frustration.
