Premiere rush not upgrading

I upgraded from the stater trial from premiere rush 2GB to the 100GB but it still hasn't updated so I can export my files and I got the confimation for the payment. It's been a day and its not my laptop or my internet because their both fast and working peferctly fine but every time I hit refresh on Premiere Rush it just doesn't due anything
