Premiere Rush Not working

Hello, I have a problem with my Premiere Rush. When I open the app, nothing works, it keeps loading! I get a blank screen. I'm using it on an iPhone 16 pro. I paid for a year's subscription. Please help me.

Hi @jane23146627,

Thanks for the message. This sounds a bit strange. Can you look into your Camera Settings on the iPhone and swtich off spatial audio. Then, shoot a few test clips. Import the new clips. Is everything working fine now? I hope to assist you.

Hi Kevin, thanks a lot for your reply. I found out what the problem is. When my phone is set to a language other than English, the app doesn't work. I set English as my primary language and everything seems to be working so far. that's interesting...
