Premiere Rush on Asus ZenPhone 7

Hello, I just purchased the Adobe Creative Cloud and when trying to install the Premiere Rush to my phone, I am told at Google Play Store that the app is not available for my phone. I have an Asus Zen Phonz 7 that has a great camera and is an excellent phone for creators, so I am quite surprised that Rush does not function with this phone. Could you help me out? Is there any schedule to develop Rush also to the Zen Phone? I am a little dissapointed as this is an app that would be very interesting for my daily work and before I purchased the CC, there was no way for me to find out that this app would not function.
