Premiere Rush only playing audio not video Android Version 10

The video on my mobile is staying still on preview but the audio will play. When I export it, it keeps the static picture instead of video yet plays audio. How to fix? Have tried reinstalling, turning phone off/on to no avail.

Hi i've got the same problem and here are my specs

Device: Iphone 7 128gb

video origin: Xbox app

problem: only playing audio, no video

What Android device do you have?
what version of Rush do you have installed?
Did this ever happen before
Does it happen with all of your clips or only a specific file?
What type of clip is this happening with? Was it captured on your phone or with another camera?
