Premiere Rush plan

I have been on the Photography Plan for several years. I only discovered the Premiere Rush today. It looks good.

However despite long long searching through many adobe pages I cannot find a simple description on the costs and plans for Premiere Rush.

Is it free?
Is it part of the Photography Plan?
If its not free - how much does it cost?
Is some functionality free - if so what is and what isnt?

    Thanks for the note. The Photography program does not include a premium version of Rush. You likely have the free "Starter" version.
