premiere rush plante

bonjour je reviens d’un voyage de 3 semaines durant lequel j'ai fais un film souvenir à l'aide de Première Rush. 

'Problème : depuis plusieurs jours impossible de lancer l'application qui plante dès que je l'ouvre donc impossible de finir mon film ni même de le récupérer. J'ai tenté de me déconnecter et me reconnecter : résultat : mon film a disparu. Ce sont des heures de boulot que j'ai passé dessus, que faire ? Merci

Hi @Sunny_Daisy2691,

Perhaps you shot the video with "spatial audio" switched on in Camera Settings. That is not supported. You can trancode the footage using Shutter Encoder on the desktop and upload it back to the phone. It would probably work then. You can try a test and see if Rush works with the audio setting swtiched off. Try it and report back.

je n'ai pas envie de recommencer tout le film car ça m'a pris des heures. Je voudrais récupérer le film que j'ai créé ! Où est il ?
