Premiere Rush playback issue shortened clips at import

hi,

- imported videos are being imported shorter than orginal. For example 6sec clip ends at 3sec.

- sound of the original clip is off by a few seconds as well

- when I split the audio from clip and manually sync it back to the video, then I can extend the audio clip to full lenght of the original video. However the video file cannot be extend to its original length. (See point 1)

very annoying for a paying app. How can I fix this pls? I trief the usual solutions of uninstalling etc.
