PREMIERE RUSH PROBLEMS PAN ZOOM AND REFRAME NOT WORKING

I have a problem with the Premiere Rush since i downloaded it on my MAC PRO. the Pan and zoom and Reframe is not working. I lost my fonts that i bought and not even synchronising. Anyone experienced this?
