Premiere Rush Project panel is not loading

I have been having trouble with Premiere Rush for the past few days. It crashed at the end of editing a video project. When I tried to open it again, the Project page showed no panels at first. I Logged out, deleted preferences, deleted Rush and reinstalled it. Made sure the program was up to date, too. Opened the program again and now there is NO Project panel. I even tried making a new project so that I could return to home (the projects panel), but there is no project panel now.

How do I get the Project Panel back? Are all my previous projects just lost in the ether now? Any feedback is appreciated.  If you need to know about storage, I am currently running on about 28 gigs.
