Premiere Rush screen is freezing

hello everybody

 

Using Premiere Rush 1 5 62 built 61

Dell Inspiron 5402 Intel i7 16Go Ram

 

After some time, between 2 and 10mn, the playback screen is always freezing, and nothing can be done anymore. The RAM and CPU is almost entirely used by Premiere...

 

Please Adobe or anyone tell when what's happening and what can be done, I've always used adobe for my editing but I'm about to change I cannot work...

Sorry about the trouble.

  • Could you try resetting preferences and see if that helps? 
  • Does it happen with a specific project? If so, what's the source of the media files?
