Premiere Rush stuck at loading

Hello,

 

I have a problem with rush.

The program is starting, but the background keeps being black and just shows the blue loading circle.

 

I have already read other posts, and tried a few solutions for example updating windows or updating the graphics driver. I already tried all of those solutions.

 

I'm using Windows 10  and my PC is build for Graphic and Video editting.

 

Any other solutions than updating drivers/windows?

    Hey,

     

    This happens often when you're signed out of your account. Just open Premiere Rush and try Help > Sign In.

    Do let me know if that worked!

    Yes enen for me Rush opens up but doesnt't load the sping wheel is there

    You just have to sign in, go to Help and then Sign in

    • Does your machine meet the minimum system requirement? Check this link for Rush system requirements: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/premiere-rush/system-requirements.html

    You may try this to launch Premiere Rush:
    Select the application shortcut > Right Click > select "Run as Administrator".

    Hi,

     

    No, unfortunately it didn't help.

    I already tried running it as an Adminstrator, but still the same problem.

     

    I have all the system requirements.

    Hi there!

    Thanks for responding. Please try the following step:

    Create a new user account with Administrator privileges and see if Rush works properly. This way, we'll be able to identify if there are any permission issues on the other account.
