Premiere rush stuck on load

Hello i just installed premiere rush on my laptop, and when i opened it after installing i was able to creat a new project. but now on subsequent openings, the page wont load and i cant even create a new project.

is this due to free trial limits or payment issues? if i pay for the full version, should it load?
