Premiere Rush video formats supported for export

I found supported file formats for import but not for export. I'm on a Mac (Ventura). I don't do social media. What file formats can I export?

Thanks in advance!

FYI, for export? It's all H.264 or HEVC. Hope the info helps.

Thanks,
Kevin
