Premiere Rush Win 10 will not start propberly

Question

Hello all.

Starting up Adobe Rush and the blue loop in the loading sybol does not stop and does'nt change so i cant create a new project and see my other projects.

I have:

- Re-installed the program

- Uninstalled and installed the program

- Installed a older version

I got no luck. Anyone here who have experienced the same and maybe having a solution?
