Premiere Rush won't load media into monitor, then crashes after about 60 seconds.

Ok, Premiere Rush used to work fine, but I haven't used it in a while. I went to use it today and am having an issue.

When I try to open an old project, *or* create a new one, the media loads in the lower bar, but nothing loads in the video monitor. I try to scrub through the video and nothing happens. After about 60 seconds or so, Premiere Rush crashes. No error code is given.

I am using a PC, with Windows 10 (up to date), Ryzen 5 3600 CPU, Sapphire Radeon 5700XT GPU (drivers up to date) and 32 GB of RAM.

I have tried -- signing out of CC and signing back in.

I have tried -- uninstalling and reinstalling PR.

I have tried -- running PR as administrator.

And probably several other things. Nothing has worked.

Any help is appreciated.
