Question

Premiere Rush wont open. No spash or error

I'm trying to open Premiere Rush from the Creative Cloud Desktop, and nothing happens. I click on "Open" and nothing. Running as Admin, nothing. Restart the PC, nothing. PC updated, nothing. I'm very confused. Looked through the forums and didn't find any solutions that helped.

Hi there!

Sorry to hear that. Can you share the following information? 

  • What are your system details (OS, CPU, RAM, GPU)?
  • Could you try resetting preference? Hold down Shift-Alt (Windows) or Shift-Option (Mac OS) while Rush is starting

Windows 10, i7-4790k, 16gb, and a GTX 970.

While holding shift + ALT and pressing "open", nothing happens. No loading, and no splash screen.

That's not ideal.

Could you try reinstalling Rush and see if that brings any change?
