Premire Rush dont recognize my subscription

I have a monthly subscription and when I open the Rush I can see that the export limit has been reached. 

Could you please help with it?

I have the same problem too.  Have purchased the deal for $14.29 on Novemver 19 - Adobe Systems Pty Ltd Sydney, but as I want to export it  - they asked me to upgrade and purchase again.

 

Please help me to solve this issue.

Hola tengo el mismo problema en Latino america pague por el paquete pero me pide pagar nuevamente por Rush
