Premire Rush needs an Import feature

It's getting really tedious to browse all my files because of 2 reasons:
1. Premiere Rush has to load a preview of the files and takes a lot of time to load these.

2. I usually have my files in an intrincate subfolder organization, for example 2 photos I need to use in Rush were in a Files>Brand name>Projects>2021>Podcast>New materials>2021>Folder  and you can guess it takes FOREVER to reach that folder.

So please, be a pal and add an import feature so I can directly import the files from the folder I currently have opened in Finder. File browser within Rush is buggy, heavy and slow.
