hi

i I have a subscription to premium version which is not expired but I changed my phone and now my subscription is not appearing although it is not expired. What should I do?

The chat pod is on the lower left. Choose to contact M-F 7AM to 7PM Pacific Standard Time and ask for the "video queue" once you reach a live person. Send me a message if you cannot contact them or have any trouble. Let us know if they find a solution for you. Sorry for the issue.
