Premium features are not free in Adobe Rush mobile app

Hi everyone,

I have a professional Adobe account that I use in my job for my daily video creation tasks.

My company recently acquired a professional cell phone, in which I installed Adobe Rush on to produce quick edits for social media.

On the phone app, I log in with the same email (Adobe ID) as the app on my desktop computer.

However, it turns out that the "Premium" content and options are not available for free on the phone (Adobe proposes to pay a subscription) while these same features are included for free in the desktop application.

Do you have any idea what is causing this problem? It's the same Adobe account on both machines.

Thank you very much in advance for your help. I'm looking forward to hear from you.

Regards,

Yann Brigant

Hey Yann,

Thanks for posting your message. You say you are having unexpected behavior between the desktop and mobile apps. Is that correct? In that case, I advise you to contact Adobe Support, who can provide one-on-one support. I hope the idea helps.

Best of Luck,
Kevin
