Premium features are not working on PC but are on iPad

Odd case, i'm trying to sync between my iPad and PC. But the PC isn't recieving anything. I can't even make a new project and sync it from the PC as it thinks I don't have premium. 

 

I do have premium, and my iPad is registering that I have it correctly, but the PC version is not. 

 

It used to work, so I don't know what update broke it, but I do know it was working at the start of this month. I haven't swapped accounts or anything. 

 

Cloud storage is still working on PC, so I really do not know whats happened here.
