Preparing Video Stuck - Rush IPad

iPad Pro, iOS 16.3, Rush 2.5 1128

While rendering it froze, I forced closed and upon restarting Rush will not allow me to add any media. It pops up preparing video and the progress bar never moves. I've tried different videos, signing in and out, hard reboot of iPad, reinstalling the APP and nothing works. Looking for additional ideas, thanks in advance! I see older mentions of the issue  in searching but nothing in a long time.
